Our Objective

To conduct the business as provided under section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013,  i.e. to promotion of commerce, art, science, sports, education, research, social welfare, religion, charity and protection of environment with intent to apply its profits, if any, or other income in promoting its objects only. However, in the interest of nation, the company so desires may contribute its profit into the PM Cares Fund or any other funds set up by the central government/state government/local authorities which has established in the welfare of scheduled tribes / scheduled castes /other backward classes / minorities / women’s’ /Transgender`s/ men’s’/children’s, organizations and to commissions (if any set up by the government) or weaker sections of the society (including providing special education, e-education, computer education, technical education, education through printing media, and to impart vocational courses which create employment, in India, Asia / Foreign Countries except enemy countries which are under permissible as per rules / regulations framed by the Government of India / respective Ministry / State Government / Union Territory or by local authorities and respective ministry.
