To conduct the business as provided under section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013, i.e. to promotion of commerce, art, science, sports, education, research, social welfare, religion, charity and protection of environment with intent to apply its profits, if any, or other income in promoting its objects only.
To work in the areas of health management, Urban Health Services including Tertiary Hospital, Tier-I & Tier-II Hospitals, Vector-bone Disease Control, T.B./AIDS/Cancer Control, Rural Health Services including Primary Health Centre Modernization, Promotion of Institutional Delivery (Dai-System), Community Medicine with the aim of increasing / augmenting the level of education of health care system, family planning, health education (including rural and urban areas) and to undertake research projects for development and management of new techniques more efficient to effectively deal with family planning, adolescent health education to the weaker section of the Society.
To create and increase awareness, through television, film, radio, electronic, social, print, mass, digital, or any other suitable media and etc..
